Guide: Explore

  • Go to Explore.

  • Scroll through and check out posts from other users.

  • Double-tap to like or leave a comment.

  • Tap "View Workout" to check their workout routines and tracking details for inspiration!

Guide: Progress Photo

  • Go to Progress Photos.

  • Click the calendar filter button at the top right.

  • Select a specific date or time period to reflect on your past self and track your progress!

Guide: Create a Post

  • Go to the Create a Post page.

  • Choose your content from the camera or gallery.

  • Add a short caption and click "Post" at the top right.

  • Select your audience: Only Me, Public, or Followers Only.

  • Your post will be saved as a personal record, making it easy to look back on your progress!

Guide: Workout Routines

  • Go to Workout Routines.

  • Choose whether to track your workout or supplements.

  • Click the orange plus button at the bottom right.

  • Select the days you want to track.

  • Name your workout day (e.g., Push Day) and add a short description.

  • Choose all exercises you'll perform. If not listed, click + Add Custom Exercise.

  • Enter instructions, reps, and weight, then hit Save—you're all set!

Guide: Your Gym

  • Go to My Profile, then tap the settings icon at the top right.

  • Click "Your Gym".

  • Search for and register your gym.

  • Your registered gym will appear on your profile, and users with the same gym will be prioritized in Friend Suggestions!
